Hi guys i'm having some trouble the setting the background color of my edit controls. COLORREF 0ffffffh stands for white? ty

Yes. You might try -1, sometimes the alpha channel is required.

Thanks JJ. I was using the obvious 0ffffffh but the edit controls where getting black but it's due to ther issues. Thanks
