Stop smoking,start to exercise and loose weight is usual thing is people promise, most give up after short while and go back smoking
One year my promise was start with learn SIMT and I did some SIMT exercises and programs

Speaking of New Year resolutions, maybe I'll re-make one that I never carried through. My resolution was to drink more. That's right, more, not less (and I'm talking liquor, not water). I just don't drink enough.
I should also smoke more cigars.

As for New Years resolutions, they are usually superficial promises that aren't really meant to be kept. :badgrin:

Happy new year, sure. But it ain't so happy when people are trying to write code with all the fireworks (and firearms?) going off. Better run for cover to be sure.

It is now relatively quiet outside aside from the random firework going off in the distance. The noise lasted about a half an hour. I do some of my best coding in the wee hours of the morning. :greensml:

filmed the fireworks,I am happy I am not a dog,its dogs nightmare all these fireworks
there is some psycology research about when best time to do things,learning,creating but also physical exercise
havent noticed any special hours for me best coding,only offline coding helps concentrate on just creating code and graphics,online distract to check in if new posts and such

We've got two dogs now. Gypsy our Lab hides under the bed when she hears loud noises like that. Nugget our Pittie puppy gets startled, but recovers fairly quickly from the sudden very loud noise.
