Title: Notification problems solved I think :)

After climbing all over the settings fr the forum, the problem was I had used a custom permissions setting for normal members where the settings adjustments only work on the default permission settings. I have changed them all and a normal member account should now be able to see the NOTIFY button.  :greenclp:
