Title: Kaspersky

Wondering your opinion on Kaspersky being banned from some government use.

What do you feel about this?

IMHO it's only politics. Fake news is the new truth. The main stream media and the goverments are going nuts.

WikiLeaks drama alert: CIA forged digital certs imitating Kaspersky Lab

Digital certificates for the authentication of implants are generated by the CIA impersonating existing entities. The three examples included in the source code build a fake certificate for the anti-virus company Kaspersky Laboratory, Moscow pretending to be signed by Thawte Premium Server CA, Cape Town. In this way, if the target organization looks at the network traffic coming out of its network, it is likely to misattribute the CIA exfiltration of data to uninvolved entities whose identities have been impersonated.

I didn't follow the whole story but for me it looks like cyber / info  war as it is.
Kaspersky labs had an issue with arrest of  a researcher early this year :

Empire strikes back !

It is unfortunate that the US Government has gone rogue, Democrats committing treason against their own properly elected President while Wall Street and the US main stream media keep bashing a bullsh*t issue of Russian interference in the last election because their stooge, Hillary Clinton failed to get elected. I may not particularly like Trump but he was the only choice after the Democrats cheated Bernie Sanders out of the Democrat nomination. With Clinton you would now have a war with Russia, Iran and North Korea.

Breaking historical agreements and illegally entering Russian embassies, attacking the Russian web site "rt.com", sprouking bullsh*t over Iran's non-existent nuclear weapon program is what the US government is doing at the moment as it no longer listens to ordinary Americans who just want a secure job, live in peace and quiet and be able to raise and educate their kids.

The ordinary US voter has no effective say in what happens in and to the US, the US is run by the "Deep State" which is colloquially known as "The Swamp" and this is a collection of interests like Wall Street, NSA CIA FBI, foreign banks that control the FED and the military/Industrial complex to use a term from IKE, the best Republican President in my lifetime. None of these R_SOULS care if ordinary Americans lose their job, their house, their family or their life. Most of these bastards deserve to be in a prison camp doing maintenance on the Dalton Highway (in Alaska) in their underwear.

Now to address the bullsh*t banning Kaspersky. The CIA has had its guts spewed by Wikileaks and the real problem is that Kaspersky will not build the backdoors in their AV scanners to allow the CIA to hack into any computer they like. For an ordinary American who wants to protect themselves from the "Deep State", downloading the free version of Kaspersky is a good idea as it gives them some protection from interests that will trash anything that suits them. If you like the extra security of not kissing the arse of the CIA, subscribe to Kaspersky and youur security will improve.

Just to make the point here for our friends in the US, I come down clearly on the side of MAIN STREET America, PHUK Wall Street.

I have to agree with Hutches comments here.
If that Bitch Hillary ever gets into office this country will
cease to exist. She and her so called husband belong in jail
along with a few others. How could the liberals put an foreigner
(Arab) in office for 8 years and still have to gall to open their
mouths.

I say to those who want it all FREE and who hate America - "LEAVE"!!!!!

I agree somewhat,in the fact that most voters, have little input, after a politician is elected.if you show up in congress to protest their actions(not what they promised when running,in any way. you will be manhandled by capital police. So no real input, other means are ignored.

There should be a provision to recall the elected for  false actions

My two cents as a voting American.

I agree re Hillary :t

However, I am a bit surprised that you seem to support Donald T. So you are one of the handful of really rich people who will see dramatic reductions of their taxes, at the expense of everybody else?

No I definitely am not rich. No matter what the Republicans pass it will not
please the liberal set. They what a permanent free ride on the government.

The purpose of the federal government is defending our country and info structure
and nothing else. Especially sticking our noses into other countries strife.

no free ride when you pay taxes your whole life, next you will suggest Social security is a free ride, that tax was paid over 66 years.

No I definitely am not rich.

Oops, sorry - then you are a loser. Not immediately, it may take a few years until you feel the full impact of Trump & friends doubling their fortunes on your behalf. But you are doomed, Jack. Somebody will pay the interest on the extra Trillion of debt - and it's YOU.
Title: Re: Kaspersky

Yeh,that 1.4 trillion..and from a party that always makes a point about our huge debt, and a lot of that debt came from a war that lasted most of the last decade, and was funded on credit from china.

and the GOP never found a way to pay that debt they ran up.

Its part of the conservative government disease, endless parroting about "debt and deficit" until they can get into power then they piss taxpayers money against the wall on wars, out of date military junk and the holy grail, corporate tax cuts for billionaires. Why spend taxpayers money on national infrastructure, kids education, a REAL health care system and repairing the economy when it can be used to grease the palms of the filthy rich anyway.

Can you imagine the sheer pain of not being able to afford your second Lear jet or a new Rolls Royce for you mistress to keep her from spewing your guts to the media ? Then if you ever pinched a good looker on the arse many years ago and have to be able to withstand a sexual abuse claim in your old age you need to have a secret account in the Cayman Islands to be able to afford to defend yourself.

I'm not shure, but i guess than USA is not inmune to conservatives goverments of europe. So where independence matter, seems that like an illusion, and goverments are here and there playing a game, maybe playing some bad music like in an untuned orquestra. It will be good to see other continents more developed (maybe africa, asia, oceania) but when that's gonna happen? Maybe long time in the future, maybe not so long...

Just a few thoughs:

- The rise of taxes to the rich is usually no more than an excuse to raise taxes to everybody.

- I do not think it is a crime to be rich or they merit any kind of punishment. Removing a person more than 50% of their salary as it currently occurs in many countries in Europe, in my opinion, is a simple robbery. Recently, Amancio Ortega, owner of Inditex, donated €320 million to buy new machinery for hospitals against cancer. In some parts of Spain, the extreme left rejected such offer because they considered it "alms".

- Since the crisis began, taxes were skyrocketing throughout Europe, with the excuse that money was needed. Many years later the level of debt has not been lowered anywhere, on the contrary, they do not stop growing, in most cases, already above 100% of GDP. Neither the taxes nor the expenses have not stopped growing. Maybe only Ireland has improved markedly in this regard, to my knowledge, just by lowering taxes.

- Tax havens work because there are tax hells.

- Many people yearn for a tax increase yearning for it, somehow reach them. In my opinion, what you have to do is lower taxes and the prices of things. With this we will be able to be more competitive and increase our quality of life. I prefer to win €1,000 with a €100 mortgage than to earn €3,000 with a €2,600 mortgage.

- I do not know many good politicians, but they are not a separate race, but a reflection of the society that votes them.

Well, if they are the only two possibilities, then I guess that I am an ignorant, but I can think of, at least, another possibility.

> The state has bills to pay. They collect taxes to pay these bills. The alternative is to borrow money to pay these bills. When you borrow money you accumulate dept to be payed in future.
There is another alternative. It consists on don't spend so much. When a family runs out of work they stop going to the movies. When a state runs out of money, it increases taxes/debt, but it never cuts spendings.

Sometimes you could just write this off as pure ignorance but I often wonder if this has to do with ambitions where you see your future self as a rich person.

Absolutely, see The Triumph Of Hope Over Self-Interest (http://www.nytimes.com/2003/01/12/opinion/the-triumph-of-hope-over-self-interest.html), New York Times - stupid but real 8)

That causal chain is far too complicated for the average voter. It's so much easier to believe in miracles.

Poverty is a great teacher, you learn very quickly what is worth having and what does not matter. Over the span of a lifetime most people have variable fortunes, sometimes you have money to waste, other times you risk going hungry but if you learn from the lean times, you don't waste the excess in better times and you get a lot better at avoiding the next lean time. One of the great lessons to learn is never owe money, debt burdening is the current technique that replaces serfdom and the trick is to do whatever you need to escape any form of debt, then they can go PHUK themselves as they no longer have that form of control over you.

@Hutch
Absolutely agreed with that. Usually people with well-off lives do not understand the meaning of waste, but I have also seen it in very humble people.

Indeed, the debt is a state of self-imposed slavery. We could not afford to stop working or debts would destroy our house of cards.
