Stripped down version of Movement detection

I've cut the OpenCV dependencies, I assure you that I did not copycat or stealing anybody properties, I had different approach for doing the movement detection, the whole source code is 8 MBytes, and I cant access omploader.org server so I cant download it. Here it is the exe, I dont know how but my AV detected it as a virus. You may dissasmble it or reproduce the code and use it for whatever you need, dont forget to check the CPU usage  :greensml: No Im not proud  :greensml:
I'll look for another free server to upload the full source no virus or trojan or malware code. Its useless, people do better than me.

Wait a minute. 

My gpu reported an overheat message.

I have reported farabi to N.S.A. To be added to their list.

But it will take awhile because their super computers are overloaded due to too much input. :biggrin:
