Stripped down version of Movement detection

I've cut the OpenCV dependencies, I assure you that I did not copycat or stealing anybody properties, I had different approach for doing the movement detection, the whole source code is 8 MBytes, and I cant access omploader.org server so I cant download it. Here it is the exe, I dont know how but my AV detected it as a virus. You may dissasmble it or reproduce the code and use it for whatever you need, dont forget to check the CPU usage  No Im not proud 
I'll look for another free server to upload the full source no virus or trojan or malware code. Its useless, people do better than me.

Wait a minute. 

My gpu reported an overheat message.

I have reported farabi to N.S.A. To be added to their list.

But it will take awhile because their super computers are overloaded due to too much input.
