How to call functions of this COM DLL

Hi :D

How can i use shamsi.dll in my masm project ?
this Shamsi.dll contains a function for converting the Gregorian date to Jalali(shamsi) date, this function is in a class named "ClassShamsi".
in vb6 it can be used like this:
