New version of the text browser QETB.

I wrote the original in 1997 ad tweaked it from time to time to keep up with changes and while the current old version worked OK, it was looking a bit old so I have re-written it with a modern interface and with what I hope is a faster navigation technique. I have it testing OK on WinXP SP3 and the Win7 64 that I am currently using, any feedback is welcome as to how it works and while I am not interested in design changes, it would be useful to know if it works OK on different language versions.

works fine with Win 7 and Win 8.1 (64-bit) and inside the 32-bit virtual machine. The new design is very clear. :t
