I am very happy for this young lady.

I am encouraged by who she thanked for her recovery.

Some may think that her recovery was random, but maybe it was not random ?

Take care,

If I was religious and sick, I would not seek help from a medical team or doctor
because I would believe that that was God's will and I would be honored that HE wants me next to him so soon
I would be looking forward to dye so that I can be with God in 'Heaven' as soon as possible

Hedge your bets

    Betting and luck

Meaning

To avoid committing oneself; to leave a means of retreat open.

I have just one question.

What if you are wrong ?

I had my closest brother die at my mom's house.

He was a Navy Seal and my best friend.

When my mom told me, I decided not to see him dead in his room.

My mom said that Brian had a smile on his face.

Habran,

You have a lot of wisdom. :-)

I think I can relate to your feelings.

I used to pray to live to 120 years.

I stopped praying for that.

But with constant physical pain, I am happy leaving this life when God want's me too.

Thanks,
                     Andy

Fortunately for me I am not religious and when my life becomes to painful I will stop it painlessly
I don't have to wait someones decision to take it from me or not, I am the master of it
I am not afraid to dye any moment
what I am afraid of is to be unable to stop my life when it becomes unbearable
I wish that euthanasia becomes legal, than I would not be afraid of anything
However, it would not help you because you would not accept it out of fright that you would finish in hell
I feel really sorry for you because I am certain that you were taught to be religious when you were a child
I wish that religion was not given to children until they grow up, same as drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, weapons...

I have just one question.

What if you are wrong ?

It's all God's will, live or die, isn't it? How could you go wrong?
Surely a True Believer wouldn't have added "and my medical team".

Ok,if god protects you from Ebola, then why are you at times so upset if I smoke around you, would not GOD protect you from second hand smoke....Just wondering..I mean if God can handle Ebola what is a little smoke.

I feel that God made that medical team but I have no desire to get you to believe it.

Just my beliefs, I acknowledge your beliefs even if they differ widely.

You have never smoked around me, so not sure what you mean.
