resource type editor request

Dear all ..this is a big ask really
... has anyone got a Win32 front end that works like a resource editor [like say the resource editor/window building part
of Ramon's Easy code editor for example]
with a couple of small windows on the right
a menu and a toolbar at the top
and with the facility to build some boxes and things within the context of what looks like a window [as per a resource editor] which would seem not to be very easy 
..that they would let me have the Source Code for
..ill return it with my modifications or if you like ill  post the whole lot back on this site

thanks ...turns out the link to VISG was broken while Alexander Karpov the author
was touring the World,... Beating everybody at Chess I suspect

download is 200k or so but it failed to run [address violation ..  its
prob using data as an offset ]
which is a shame as there were some favourable comments

yes i was hoping someone had something in MASMese but FbEdit it will do fine so thanks ! .. i think i need surprisingly little
as reference so im not as SCARED as i was.
Plus the author of FbEdit Kettle-IO writes beautifully clear and concise code [or maybe his Wife has to tidy it up after him ??]
..its good being in a sort of different language/style too because its more of a guideline so i wont copy it verbatim ...

either way im not as daunted as i was and am hoping to make a right old mess an ask Tedd to test it for me again

thanks this is a good suggestion as it has very different aspect to the resource "window constructor"  if FbEdit , but as there is no downloadable SOURCE CODE .. i think the author Angus Johnson would be very annoyed if i decompiled his code to see how it worked
..not only is it illegal but worse than that he sounds SCOTISH and anyone bold enough to declare a skirt as national costume is not to be messed around with as they are DANGEROUS !!!
hope this off the cuff comment doesnt get me in trouble
