I did a search for killprocess in the includes but could not find it.

Where is it ?

i think that's a DOS command
what you may want is TerminateProcess which is, by nature, a kernel32 function

BOOL TerminateProcess(
    HANDLE hProcess,   // handle to the process
    UINT uExitCode    // exit code for the process 
   );
