Today is end of an era Kitchener's only train-thru resturant is
closing. Via train drivers came here to pick up Chinese lunch when
the train to Stratford stopped at Kitchener Via station.
Go Train has come to Kitchener but only Monday to Friday and only TWO count
em 2 Round trips a day to Toronto. No holiday or weekend service.
Translation take  the GO Bus they run all day and on weekends.
  Also Grand River Transit  is to build an LRT so its Bus Drivers can drive the new trains
for LRT. So the region of Waterloo has grabbed a few buildings
along railway between King and Weber along Victoria Street.
A new transit terminal is built @ King Wok.
Jesus Kitchener has the most expensive Beer Store in Ontario and
I suspect CANADA, 3.1 Million  CDN Dollars for it, It just happaned to be
across the road from UOW Pharmacy, and McMaster University Kitchener
Campus [Nursing]. ROW is going to build a transit hub here.
ROW aka Region of Waterloo, added level of government here.
