Difference in SMART results

When I run SpeedFan, it says I have 3680 reallocated sectors while HDTune says everything is fine.

Obviously one of them is wrong.

What do you use to check S.M.A.R.T. data ?

They may both be right.

There are 3680 reallocated sectors.
Everything is 'fine' because that makes up a miniscule amount of the disk and there are still spare sectors if further reallocation is required.

If that number continues to increase, then you can start to worry.

I re-ran the test using the extended test.

It said the drive as 99% healthy.

You will (probably) get more information by using the manufacturer's testing software, because only some SMART info is common.
Western Digital use Data Lifeguard Diagnostics (windlg), Seagate use Sea Tools, Hitachi/HGST use Drive Fitness Test (windft).

I used Fujitzu's software.

It only showed PASSED with no details.

OTOH smartctl gave this. (passed)
