8BF Filters

How to use a 8BF Filter in a program.
I don't find any thing easy to understand or it's for installing them with an other software.
Nothing about programming.

You can find some info in NVIDIA SDK 9.5 GPUFilter sample , see doc  here

Keep in mind you need Photoshop CSx SDK which is not free
I doubt that you can use Adobe Photoshop plugins in some other software

Many softwares uses these files and why not me? I don't want to buy any thing of course.
