qeditor, menus.ini and hot keys

The syntax for each menu entry is a 3 part syntax,

• The text for the item as it appears on the menu.
• A comma [ , ] seperator.
• The full path and file name of the program to run.

EXAMPLE : My&Menu Item,Drv:\path\program.exe

What should be changed in the file "menu.ini" for to run the program corresponded to a "hotkey" F9 and program compilation "hotkey" F9 + Ctrl?

not very comfortable each time to click on the tab of QE and select the menu item with the mouse...
