Hooking

I have written a small program that creates a hook for the mouse, the keyboard and the messages.
The problem is with the keyboard.
When the user press a key ";" and shift or "m" and shift I don't get "." nor "M".
Do I have to send a WM_CHAR message to a ghost window?

The dll sqlite3.dll is missing into the zip.
It a 7Zip file.
The project was made using poasm.
