Test piece for 2 algos to load text and source files into a list box

I have a tool in mind for the two algos in this example, it loads a CRLF delimited source file into a list box which is then available for following processing.

It works fine here (Win 10 64/Home). The ListBox responds a bit sluggish to fast scrolling, but I think that that is not the goal of the test.
