Upcoming US election may see a shift in the Ukraine war
« on: November 04, 2022, 08:07:29 AM »
From the data I get to see, it looks like the Democrats are about to get a mauling as they have p*ssed some massive amount of taxpayers money against the wall supporting Zelensky to continue the war with Russia. The Republicans are selling the view that Americans should be put first and this sounds like a winner electorally.

If we are lucky with such an electoral shift, we may at last stop hearing Zelensky's grunting and croaking propaganda on so many media sites.

For the folks in Europe, starting to experience the joys that the EU and some of their political leaders have inflicted on them, there may be some respite from the sheer stupidity involved, and the American lead dictates of sanctioning Russia, that European arse kissing politicians are grovelling over, may come to an end and they can return to a viable lifestyle that does not involve going hungry or freezing to death.

I have a pragmatic view with Russia, they want to live in peace like most other people around the world so Ukrainian nazi ethnic cleansing was never going to go over well, especially as their WW2 losses were truly massive at the hands of the real[tm] nazis and the world will come to an end before they ever allow that to happen.

Treat Russians like human beings, trade with Russia, go for a holiday in the Urals, visit Kamchatka etc .... and you will find that they are human being like you and me.

Yes, but no: even though the Repugnocrats are making noises like they'll cut off the all-you-can-eat banquet for Ukraine, they won't, believe me. Don't get your hopes up: neither party has a monopoly on making huge foreign-policy mistakes like pouring $billions$ into the proxy war. After all, who's behind BOTH PARTIES? The arms industry, that's who.

I confess I don't have a feel for American politics but with the options of DumberCratz or RepubliCrooks, I have opted for Alfred E. Neuman for President.
