MASM32 Win10 version download

Due to differences in how Win10 emulated Win32, an error dialog appeared at the end of the library build process in the MASM32 installation. It was cause by the incompatibility of the older format WINSPOOL library that MASM32 built during installation with the Win10 emulation of Win32.

Here is a version that installs on Win10 Professional with no errors or warnings.
