Robot evolution
« on: September 03, 2014, 08:07:33 AM »
I always had an interest on robot technology and today i read an article on a Brazilian Magazine about iCub. I was simply amazed to see that the robot have a "intelligence" equivalent to a 18 months-old baby. On the same magazine some "expert" told that until 2.025 the robot technology will be evolved enough to make them conscientious since it seems to bypass the turing test  for consciousness. I hope i can live longer enough to see this happen

If the robots get that intelligent,it just might be the last thing you see(Terminator thing)

Might sound like a joke now,but you never know...
