I often go on the Windows 10 forum just to see if there is any hope of Microsoft
changing its destructive path with Windows 10. (fat chance)
Anyway there is an article posted there in the "Windows 10 news" section.
Under that, the article I am referring to is "Solid-state drives".
It refers to something I had no idea  could happen. "Loss of Data".
This, from the article, refers to the loss of data on SSDs. They also refer to
the loss of data on the spinners but at a slower rate. Funny I have a floppy
that I have been using since 2000 and haven't lost anything....
They also claim that the throughput of a ssd is hampered by the old pc tech.
But there seems to be a new goodie on the block called "PLI" which plugs
directly into the motherboard. Don't know if this new thing has any data loss.
Would like to hear what our engineering guys think about this article...
