I apologize for the late post.

Most of my neighbors are good tenants.

But some are drug dealers who make life he*l for the others.

The police come here often.

I am in the 60 ish age and just want some cool, calm, and collected.

My advice, cash in that $10,000 bill and some stamps and move to a better neighborhood. Alternatively u can use the money to buy drugs from your neighbors - it won't improve the 'hood but you'll feel a lot better about it, temporarily
