Ok,MS,seems you got a little to converting happy with win10 upgrades..I can smell a lawsuit coming out of this.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2015/10/16/microsoft-accident-forces-windows-10-onto-windows-7-windows-8/

Right now Microsoft seems to take two steps forward then two steps back. Having just wowed crowds with stunning new hardware and made Windows 10 activation easier, the company has now followed up its admission of forced Windows 10 downloads with confirmation that Windows 10 upgrades have also been performed on Windows 7 and Windows 8 without user permission…

Good thing I have updates disable.

They are too eager on have people on forced updates (which Windows 10 have).

Is like entering someone space. You might or not have a good reason, but is still creepy as hell.

My Win 7 64 Ultimate has been squarking the popup on a regular basis but I always close it down. From CMD.EXE I still get,

Code: [Select]

It's a huge upgrade requiring a lot of bandwidth.

It really wasn't as bad as I expected though.  I just have a 1 Mib/s DSL circuit and I got it surprisingly quick.

Including some major Linux distributions, the operating systems are becoming more bloated with each new release. The result is the growing size of the iso files. This does not make any sense. Also, a lot of storage problems.

Really Microsoft.

Microsoft doesn't see Windows 10's mandatory data collection as a privacy risk.

what Microsoft calls basic telemetry. That information relates to things like when and how Windows 10 crashes, and Microsoft Corporate Vice President Joe Belfiore said in an interview that the company needs that information to improve the experience of using its operating system.

They will have a lot of fun with our fellow members here :icon_mrgreen:

What they mean is that is not a risk for them. The data goes from your computer to theirs, so there is no privacy risk for them :)
