hutch--

This is the first fully restored 1936 track of Ramon Montoya after being pissed around by Warner Music via Google for the last month with their fraudulent copyright claim on the earlier prototype that I posted as bait to trigger their response. Lest see if these PHUKING MORONS try it again.

hutch--

Didn't take them long, they have just tried again to claim ownership of this latest restored video, even though they failed with their last claim. Dispute already filed.

Is awesome. If copyright no longer belongs to them, it does not belong to them. What an insistence on trying to take advantage of the work of others.

Good job. I'm curious about how this hobby came to you.

Which hobby? Fighting Warner?

hutch--

It looks like there will be a hobby involved, I have 12 of these tracks done.

I have been reading around and it appears that this form of scam is occurring in epidemic proportions. I posted another Montoya video and another company "Believe Music" automatically made a claim on it. Filed dispute on the same basis that the copyright lapsed in 2006 and the 12 tracks are in the public domain.

Now you need to find a way to charge them 1,000 bucks for "legal cost" of rejecting their claim :icon_mrgreen:

They are like patent trolls, and an interesting aside. I am on a youtube thing where they send you emails of videos that are "Hot",and guess who's video was in the latest email, why yours of course!!! Congrats.

hutch--

Yes, an excellent video. He is a very good player and a Bulerias is hard to play well.
