I don't support eating kangaroo at all, leave the poor bloody things alone. They can occur in plague proportions at times and at other times they are effected by drought. Fascinating to watch, their hopping action makes them reasonably fast but it can be done over torraine that is very rough that other animals cannot easily travel through.

you simply do not know how to prepare kangarous. We eat everything in Russia: elks, deer, hares, hedgehogs, foxes, lost stupid foreigners. What remains uneaten is eaten by our tame trained bears. I have three pet bears in the yard, and they again need to feed something
