Well! there's no indication, or mention of what the roots are, but he can 'talk the talk'. Maybe that will give rise to 'moderation'.
Further than that he's powerless, except for military force... but we know that goes nowhere fast.

i think one of the things muslims complain about is our presence over there
that should be easy enough to fix
