repubs find a smoking gun,and it is theirs.
« on: October 02, 2012, 10:01:34 AM »
I laughed,I cried and I almost wet myself reading this. It seems that the Republicans have found the voter fraud,BUT it was their own consultant that was doing the dirty deed. This really caught my eye,and I find it ironic that they found themselves in the middle of their own witch hunt.

Maybe they just wanted to prevent the Democrats from committing fraud, not themselves.
How careless of them to get caught

The republican Voter ID photo is directly aimed at the poor, typical of conservative parties around the world who wish to exclude the vote to people who may not vote for their party. Margaret Thatcher did it in the UK with the attempt to introduce the poll tax which you could easily avoid if you did not vote which motivated poor people not to waste the money paying for their vote. The GOP ID laws in GOP states is aimed at the same target to drive away Democrat voters.

Its rather funny that the GOP get caught in another type of voter fraud when they have accused the Democrats for years of doing the same thing.

In OZ we have compulsory voting which excludes any of these dirty tricks and usually on the election night I can check on the polling booth results that I voted at on the results. The great humour in OZ is neither side is game to try and change it because they don't know which side would pick up the advantage, both left and right have loonie tune groups that would distort the results if they could.

It’s by hook or crook when it comes to the Republican Party.

The hell with it, I’m voting for Mitt Romney because I know he cares about me, our military, our veterans, firemen, police, waitresses, auto mechanics, fast food servers, retired seniors, young people, students, the poor and all us hard working lower and middle income folks. As Mitt stated: “I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives”, those “who believe that they are victims, who believe that government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they're entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it”.

Yep, he’s my guy! :icon13:

I used to think the US was rich vs poor, now it seems rich vs apathetics with rich on both sides of politics.
Kinda what labor vs liberal used to be here, working-class vs business. No bloody difference now, all about me me me. Elect me! I'm great!

Mind you, compulsory voting here gave us those useless 'independent' senators who held everything up until the government
gave them their little payoff...Harradine for one, the Greens lately. How is a one-platform party supposed to govern? Fuckwits.

Yeah, you guys have had some doozies in South OZ, the Dumbocrats (our variety, not US) had Senator Snot Destroyer, that dill who backes Wilkie and long ago Uncle Tom (Playford). I could almost tolerate Don Dunstan but could not stand that last imbecile Rann and his political correctness. No wonder they arseholed him last year. I don't think the SA state liberals are any better but the place needs a change. Looks like the bubble has burst for the greens as well, they are a quaint coalition of old commos and bleeding arse lefties bundled together under Bob Brown who is now less than happy about that horrible old bag from Tasmania.

The soon to be dead party!

Hopefully followed by the Democrat party.

Lets face it. Both are two sides of the same coin. All bought up and paid for a long time ago.

BTW Whats the stance of Obama of renewing the Fed Charter on 2013? Let me guess, none. About the same as Romney. Neither will oppose their owners.

Let’s deal with one party at a time. You have a solution? You up for a revolt? If you read US history politicians have always been bought and paid for. It’s the wealthy that own this country. Always have, always will.

Belarus' mad dictator Lukashenko threatens election observers ::)

"Western monitoring agencies have not judged an election in Belarus free and fair since 1995 and observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe were due to announce their verdict later on Monday." (more)
