ObjAsm C.1.1 release

I just uploaded ObjAsm C.1.1.
It contains many improvements, bug fixes and some new exciting projects. 

The Web Installer version 1.1.0 has been updated to manage the new content.

For reasons of compatibility with older CPUs, I have switched off the generation of vector instructions, which is not recognizable in most cases.
