UASM listing

Hello,
I am on trouble with the listing,I get various thing but no code ?,only constants in readable or no readable files.
I try "-c -coff -nologo -Sf" "/c /coff /nologo /Sf"
        "-c -coff -nologo -Fs=liste;txt" "-c -coff -nologo -Fl=liste.txt"
Is there an answer ?

This one give me a -sg.lst readable with code
Best soluce I found
-coff  -Fl="liste.txt"           ;work but don't work <liste.txt>
