New Member Saying Hello!
« on: November 10, 2021, 09:50:12 PM »
Hello everyone!

I am a new member to this forum and I am making this post (I hope in the right place!) in order to confirm that I am a human.
I have only recently started learning about assembly and to be honest I don't know if and how should I start  :greenclp:!
I have been into programming for five years only, but I have used a lot of programming languages.
I am also the younger son of one of your members "Manos", who unfortunately passed away recently .

Greetings Everyone!

Welcome sir JohnZacharakis;
Well, my condolences and feelings.

We are here to help you in your journey, you can count with my help in your progress.
I'd rather be this ambulant metamorphosis than to have that old opinion about everything

Hi John,

Welcome to the Forum

Sad to hear that your dad passed away - you will find his legacy all over the place, e.g. (almost 17 years ago) at
http://www.masmforum.com/board/index.php?topic=90.0. Here is a late post from March 2019.

Old forum search: http://www.masmforum.com/board/index.php?action=search;advanced
New forum seach: http://masm32.com/board/index.php?action=search;advanced;search=

Just put manos in the by user field, and search for eax, mov or whatever he might have written in a post.

Thank you very much for your support!
I am pretty sure that there are amazing people here, as it was this forum
that always stimulated my father to continue with his programming projects!

I am grateful to be here! I also wanted to thank jj2007 for the links he shared! I was not aware of some of them!

Hi John. Pleased to meet you. I'm sorry about your dad passing away.
Want to start, look into the examples in your masm32 folder. There's a simple window example. Try to explore that.
