It's kind of like electric cars. The amount of chemicals and energy that goes in to building them will take longer to break down that the car was ever used for.Then they are using fossil fuels to re-charge them. What a total joke.

Nonsense, I come from a fairly poor background and have started working in a factory when I was 12 years old. When my mom sent me to get milk, I got it directly from the farmer, still warm.

Re electricity and renewables, that was my pet issue in my most recent job. I know more about it than you can imagine.
Re birds, that's utter nonsense. Ordinary cats kill more than 10,000 times as many birds as windmills.

My programming skills? I virtually gave up programming 8 years ago ( not really voluntarily, I had to "suffer" from a so-called mania, which lasted 2 years and which put my priorities upside down ).
I tried programming 2 or 3 times in recent years (low-level style), it still works to some extent, but the skills waned - quite as to be expected.

JJ, this is the colosseum - not exactly the right place for little kids or grandmas. If you can't bear a bleeding nose - stay away!
