ResEd cannot be executed

I downloaded https://masm32.com/download/Jan_20_2023.exe and installed it, but ResEd.exe cannot be executed.
Is anyone like me?
Below is the dialog box that will pop up.

The text in the dialog box roughly means "The file or directory is damaged and cannot be read."

Ah, I see. I just downloaded it too. The file is already corrupt...


Try downloading ResEd from the link within this thread here:

I have downloaded and updated it from the link you suggested, and even the pictures in ResEd.chm have been corrected.

Yes, thanks very much for bringing that to our attention 

We are working on fixing the issue and re-creating a proper Non Corrupt corrected version.
