Hi Guys

I created a temporary forum for us, untill the situation of the forum is not solved. JJ told me that Stewart is trying to keep the forum alive contacting the Hosting service to give acess to him in order to keep the forum alive and well. In the meantime, and only for prevent any surprises, i made a subforum dedicated to masm on my old RoAsm forum with the same structure (sybforuns) as this one. So, if anyone wants to go there for safety, and also to we make sure we will keep contact to each other, please feel free. And also, i´ll provide moderator or admin acess too to help keeping it alive, while the situation of the forum (here) is not yet solved.

Btw

I notice Tapalk is having some issues in user´s names. Maybe a bug i suppose.  JJ and Daydreamer tried to register buit they got a msg saying that the names were takens, but when i serachd for members using their names, i found none.  If someone is having problems registering, maybe it is an old profile on tapalk i suppose (It was previsously named as freeforuns if i remeber well). I mena, perhaps some of you already registered when tapalk had other name (freeforum ?) and the registration data was still there.

Please, if you guys are having trouble, try changing the nick names, by changing a letter for example etc and see if it will work.

I managed to register as jj2007a, but now I am greeted with "You are not authorized to read this forum". In contrast, I can read https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/rosasm/

Create a second new account for yourself (regular user, not administrator) this way you can make changes (as admin) and directly test the changes (as regular user) instead of relying on others. This might help to 'debug' this problem faster.  Just a thought...

Also another issue... when testing replying in the RosAsm forum ...

You cannot post in this forum

So it appears that I have read-only access there. Not that I have anything to say about RosAsm. Just wanted to test the capabilities of my account there.

guga

I posted the problem on their community to try to guide me what to do.

Okay, I see now the Masm32 forum index, but sub-forums are empty ( no topics)

If what I am thinking is true, it will be a long hard process to get everything working there (all the original topic, posts, attachments, etc) I could be wrong though.

guga

yes, i didn´t created any topic yet. But, it seems that now people can create topics. I made a test as you suggested.
