predefined macros..........

hello again......
since from  few days i realized that,i was never touched the predefined macros in masm32 assembly language in my programs thats why my programs grews really large. So now i think i really had wasted my time for doing such huge programs.....
so from here i want to use the predefined macros.. in my programs so i get into the masm32\macros\ directory in my sys.. and i checked there list....
there i got a problem, that is there is no description what they do......mannnnn,, really there are internally called from each other thats made me sick.

can any one tell me where i've to go to find out description about predefined macros functionality.......any link alsoooooooooo....
