GDI+ from windows into a PDF

Realising that I'll have to work with Direct2D on this PC (Win7- Pro) as well as GDI on my Laptop (Win-XP), I quickly 'copied and pasted' the GDI+ stuff from MSoft into a PDF.

I do a lot of bedtime reading (tablet) and prefer this to reading on the web.
This PDF is just the theory, documentation and a few examples - The function structures I'll do later, as life is a bit hectic at the moment (re-organising my life).
