This message append while generating masm32 libraries on Windows 10.
I make the installation more times, always the same message.
No other messages/problems during installation.
User32, Gdi32, Kernel32 did not display the error.

I would thank Hutch to make my registration, there are many month that I try to register... Champagne!

usually, it does no harm to ignore this message
