sync clock

I just stumbled upon a program I downloaded in Masm to sync the computers clock with a time server on the internet.
It had to have come from here.  I stashed it away for future use, but just now when I have use for it, I find that there is no comment anywhere within the file as to who I got it from.   If this is your program, please let me know your name so I can put appropriate credit in the file.  I tried searching, but the 30 second limit between searches got to me after about four tries.

Wait!  yes, the help for the program is what you posted except number 3. is a little different.

if you like it, You can use it anywhere, anytime, in any way. There's no need to put appropriate credit in the file.
but i think the Network delay not handled properly.
Say you, Say me, Say the codes together for ever.

Thanks!  I was going to incorporate the method into another program that will be released to the public domain, but I wanted to make sure I didn't step on someone else's toes.  :biggrin:
